I just wanted to share with you another fabulous wedding I did in Spalding England a couple of weeks ago. The bride was a lovely english lady who wasn't your typical 20-something bride.
Our trial was done a couple of months ago and we got along famously. Val (the bride and a head master teacher!) never wears makeup and wanted to look natural and glowing on her day. My speciality!
On the wedding day, we met in her gorgeous hotel suite on a very warm sticky day in east England and other than the occasional wasp attacking us in the room, we had a wonderful morning together. The photographer came early to take some photographs while I was preparing the bride for her big day. The great thing is, I have worked with this photographer before (Catherine Carter) and it was great to see her again in action! This happens more often than not, you keep meeting the same people at different weddings.
Val's makeup was airbrushed - you can see how beautiful her skin looks! I won't tell you Val's age but when she hired me she asked me to take 15 years off her for her wedding day. Val - I think we were successful.
