We would applaud a car that had the wings of an eagle and the body of a lion, but the 9-Griffin concept doesn’t actually follow its name; though it does have an unconventional design. The Saab luxury sedan goes asymmetric in design, pushing the driver a bit ahead of the first seat passenger. Windscreen on the four-seater concept follows the asymmetry and creates a bubble around the driver’s head.
Doors on the concept also follow asymmetry; the passenger side has one large door, while the driver side gets two doors, a conventional side door and a forward hinging canopy. The design was created by Joonhyung Park at the Hongik University as part of the final graduation project.
